Use reports in Conversagent to track specific data from your consumer's interaction with your Virtual Human.

To add or edit a report, select Reports from the sidebar menu (represented by a stack of papers when the menu is collapsed) and select Add/Edit Reports

If you have written any Custom Reports (see Creating Custom Reports), they will appear in the Reports dropdown list. This list also contains Default Reports, the contents of which are listed below.

Default Report: Users: This Report provides information on the consumers currently enrolled in the selected Program. It presents the following data;

  • User ID: The ID of the consumer whose data is being presented. Each ID is a unique identifier used to locate the consumer account in the database.

  • Given Name: The first name of this consumer.

  • Preferred Name: The preferred name of the consumer, if they have entered one into their Account Settings.

  • Family Name: The surname of the consumer.

  • Postcode: The postcode of the consumer’s current residence.

  • Country: The country the consumer currently resides in.

  • Date of Birth: The consumer’s birth date.

  • Gender: The consumer’s gender.

 

Default Report: Enrolments: This Report provides information on Enrolments into the selected Program. It presents the following data;

  • User ID: The ID of the consumer account completing the listed enrolment.

  • Enrolment ID: The ID of the enrolment reference. Each ID is a unique reference code generated at the time of the enrolment used to locate this enrolment instance in the database.

  • Enrolment Start: The date and time at which the enrolment was performed.

  • Enrolment End: The date and time at which the enrolment was ended, either by successful completion of the Program, by consumer exit from the Program, or by Program-initiated unenrolment. If this field is empty, it is because the consumer is still currently enrolled in the program.

  • Enrolment Status: The current status of this enrolment. If the status is listed as ‘Cancelled’, the consumer has removed this Program from their instance of the app, or the Program has removed them. If it is listed as ‘Completed’, the consumer has successfully reached the endpoint of the program. If it is listed as ‘Continuing’, the consumer is still receiving content from this Program and has not yet reached the endpoint.

 

Default Report: Conversations: This Report provides information on Conversations undertaken in the selected Program. It presents the following data;

  • User ID: The ID of the consumer account undertaking the listed Conversation instance.

  • Conversation ID: The ID of the Conversation instance. Each ID is a unique reference code generated at the time of the Conversation start used to locate this Conversation instance in the database.

  • Conversation Start: The date and time at which the Conversation was started.

  • Conversation End: The date and time at which the Conversation was scheduled to become unavailable (see Scheduling Conversations).

  • Conversation Name: The name of the Conversation.

  • Conversation Completed: The date and time at which the Conversation endpoint was reached.

 

If you wish to export this data to analyse further in your preferred software, simply select the Download CSV button to the right of the Report List title.  A CSV file will download containing the table’s full contents for the selected date range.

 

n.b. If you are seeing less content than you expected in the presented table, please ensure the From: and To: date selectors have been completed with an appropriate date ranges for responses to appear.
