In the Conversagent system, there are a number of time values that can be recalled in dialogs, actions, and conditions using keywords. These are as follows;

[currentdate] - returns the current date.
[currenttime] - returns the current time.
[now] - returns the date and time.
[startofday] - returns the current date and time at the start of the day.
[conversationstartdate] - returns the start date of the current Conversation.
[conversationstarttime] - returns the start time of the current Conversation.
[conversationenddate] - returns the end date of the current Conversation.
[conversationendtime] - returns the end time of the current Conversation.

 

These tags can be used to better shape conversations around the time requirements of your business or service.
