If you wish to reset your password, you can do so either by changing it in the web portal, or requesting a reset email from the login screen.

 

To reset your password from within the Conversagent portal, click on the Profile icon in the top right of the screen and select Change Password. In the password reset form, provide your current password, and then enter and confirm a new password. If you cannot remember your current password, you will need to request a password reset email from the login screen.

 

To request a password reset through the Conversagent portal login screen, select the hyperlink marked 'Forgot your password?' on the login screen. This will take you through to the password reset screen. Enter the email of the account requiring a password reset and click Send Reset Link.
